Our client is one of world’s largest manufacturers of Automotive Solutions.


Job description

Your job will be a  combination of electrical and mechanical expertise in the design and operation of diverse electric motor technologies (brushed/brushless motors.; AC/DC; PMSM experience preferred) in different electric motor topologies (in-runner/out-runner, salient/non-salient). You are going to define system and assembly level technical requirements. You will support Higher level Systems Engineering activities throughout the lifecycle. In line with internal processes and ISO 262626 you need to ensure completeness of system documentation. You are going to support the internal and external design reviews. You will be responsible for managing the external interface between the electric motor suppliers and the different teams. You need to participate in continuous improvement.

 

What do we expect from you?

BSc./ MSc./ PhD. Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering;

Experience in Board Design;

At least 5 years of experience in the Automotive branch or similar.

Good knowledge of MATLAB/ Simulink

Good Knowledge of IBM Doors

Good communication skills.

Preferably already living and/ or working in Europe.
