Sr. Software Engineer & Scrummaster

Do you want to work on innovative technologies in a multi-disciplinary, international team? And do you have affinity with pharmaceutical services? For a client in Eindhoven, we’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer who will also be the Scrum Master of the team. 

You will work closely together with other disciplines such as system engineering, customer service and operations. The team is also responsible for maintenance, continuous improvements and collaboration with other software development teams.

The software development takes place in an agile environment where the safe framework is applied. You will contribute to sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning. Together with the product owner and the development team members you are involved in refining the backlog.

• Proven experience to designing software with a very high degree of reliability in a production environment.
• Proven experience to develop software in C++. In depth knowledge of C++, including modern standards C++11, 14, and 17.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master in a large organization.
• Knowledge of software integration and software reuse.
• Having an open mind set to proactively help improving our processes, methods, and techniques.

• Proven experience to develop software in Python.
• Experience with Image processing.
• Experience as a Scrum Master working in a SAFe organization.
• Experience with software development for high-tech system.
• Experience with software development for calibration and alignment algorithms.
• Experience with Microservices and Docker.
