Project Manager NPI

Looking for an experienced Project Manager NPI for a cliënt in the high tech industry! Do you have 8+ years of experience as Project Manager and are you living in the Netherlands?

The Project Manager NPI (New Product Introduction) will be responsible for introducing and industrializing new mechatronic modules and/or systems from the development phase to the 'release for volume' phase. In this multifaceted role, you will also lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers with various specialties.

The project management department is responsible for managing improvement projects and industrialization projects of new product introductions. Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring product feasibility and process/product quality
• Providing product improvement proposals
• Setting up and ensuring the VDL ETG production process according to pre-agreed objectives in terms of quality, logistics, technology, and costs.
• Optimally setting up and securing the supply chain
• Reporting project progress
• Ensuring the realization of prototypes and pilots

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership qualities and experienced in guiding teams.
• Familiar with the high-tech industry.
