Every candidate you speak to has their own story. And that is exactly what you find interesting. You are always curious about someone's experiences and don't let go until you know exactly what someone is looking for in a first or next step. What is someone really good at and what makes him/her happy in a job? Every day you look for the perfect connection between your candidates and the leading clients you are recruiting for. You are a real matchmaker.
To find the right technical talents, you will be given all kinds of recruitment marketing tools. Think of (vacancy) campaigns on, for example, job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Nationale Vacaturebank, but also on various social media channels. You can also use LinkedIn and job board accounts with which you can search endlessly for candidates.
Perhaps you already know a bit about the recruitment world because of the previous experience you have gained. If not, we'd be happy to teach you. This also applies to your knowledge of the world of technology in general. So you can get started at any level within Trinamics. You work on your soft, hard and business skills on a daily basis and you receive training/coaching on the job. You will always be personally trained by one of our consultants
What do you need?
Working personally is an important aspect for you. You like to make connections between people and you know exactly when to use your good advisory skills to achieve the best result. You always stay in touch with the candidate, even after making the match. You are their consultant and are always ready to answer questions. In the first period you will have close contact and you will have regular evaluation interviews to find out whether your candidate is in the right place. You will also visit customers together with the recruitment consultant from your team. You will then go deeper into the recruitment question and experience the culture and atmosphere within the organization. This way you know exactly what kind of organization a candidate will end up in.
You recruit the best technical talents in out of the box ways. Sometimes even before they have completed their studies. For example, you give application and CV training courses at schools and study associations, and you regularly visit trade fairs or (online) events.
What we ask of you:
- You are interested in people and their career path.
- You radiate confidence and are able to bind people to you.
- You are representative, socially skilled and have a flexible work attitude.
- A completed education at HBO/WO level.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a must.
