

The Trinamics team consists of approximately 30 colleagues who work daily on connecting technical talent with clients. From our offices in Breda and Eindhoven, we help technical professionals from both the Netherlands and abroad find suitable positions in the Netherlands.

Trinamics was founded in 2005 in Oosterhout and moved to Breda in 2010. Today, around 30 employees, spread across different disciplines and locations, work on the continued development of the organization.
We connect technical professionals with roles in various industries. Our network includes both international multinationals and regional SMEs, mainly in the southern Netherlands.

The team consists of recruiters, recruitment consultants, key account managers, team leads, and division managers. In addition, the administration and marketing & communication departments operate from the head office in Breda.

A role at Trinamics requires an interest in people, technology, and business. Experience in recruitment is not required. New colleagues are trained and guided internally.
Even without recruitment experience, you can start here. We teach you the profession in practice so you can develop into a recruitment consultant or technical specialist.
Within the role, you will:
develop soft skills, hard skills, and business skills
work daily on conversations with candidates and clients
receive hands-on training and coaching
be personally onboarded by experienced consultants
