Trinamics is looking for a talented and experienced Grouplead Mechatronic Systems Development to join our high-tech clients in the Netherlands. If you have a strong technical background in Mechatronics and a passion for leading a dynamic team of engineers, this opportunity is for you. As the Grouplead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 40 junior, medior, and senior mechatronic engineers, focusing on cutting-edge projects involving Motion Control Systems, Robotics, Integration, and Testing. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth opportunities. At Trinamics, we offer a direct path to a contract with our clients, and for candidates from abroad, we handle the entire relocation process, including visa arrangements and the 30% tax ruling application.

- Salary: A competitive salary range between €6,000 and €7,500 gross per month, based on experience and expertise.
- Permanent Position: All positions are full-time and offer long-term employment with the possibility of direct contracts with our clients.

- Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Mechatronics within the High Tech industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers, preferably within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Motion Control Systems, Robotics, Integration, and Testing processes.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to manage complex technical challenges and guide your team toward effective solutions.
- Project Management: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
