Do you want to work in recruitment and do you have an affinity with commerce and technology? Then come and work at Trinamics! We are always looking for talent like you.
Every day you look for the best match between technical professionals and customers from the region. So you are a real matchmaker. In order to find the right technical talents, you will be provided with all kinds of recruitment marketing tools. Think of (vacancy) campaigns on job boards and various social media channels. You can also use LinkedIn accounts with which you can search endlessly for candidates. Your focus will mainly be on the Software/IT industry.
Perhaps you already know a bit about the recruitment world because of the previous experience you have gained. If not, we'd be happy to teach you. This also applies to your knowledge of the world of technology in general. So you can get started at any level within Trinamics. You work on your soft, hard and business skills on a daily basis and you receive training/coaching on the job. You will always be personally trained by one of our consultants.
What do you need?
You are looking for a commercial challenge. You are goal-oriented and have a winning mentality. However, working personally is an important aspect for you. You like to make connections between people and you know exactly when to use your good advisory skills to achieve the best result.
You find it a challenge to bind large and medium-sized SME companies to you, to acquire assignments and to find precisely those untraceable technicians they are looking for. You know that every step in your recruitment process is important and you use your knowledge and skills to exert influence and get things done. You are creative and decisive in recruiting technicians and you know exactly where they can take the next step in their career.
What we ask of you:
- You have a completed education at HBO/WO level.
- You understand how the commercial world works and you act accordingly.
- You are representative, socially skilled and have a flexible work attitude.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a must.
- Do you have knowledge of employment law (preferably NBBU / ABU)? Top! But otherwise we will teach you.
