- Relevant experience in mechanical assembly or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
