- A background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, aviation engineering, physics, mathematics, chemistry, optics, software, computer science, or engineering business (Vocational Degree / Bachelor / Master / PhD)
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English
