- Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de utiliteitsbouw of gebouwinstallaties.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders.
- Organisatorisch talent en oog voor detail.
- Proactieve houding: je denkt mee over verbeteringen in ontwerp, uitvoering en processen.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

- Afstemmen van technische voorbereiding en planning met klanten, engineers en monteurs.
- Regelen van materiaal en onderaannemers op de juiste plek en het juiste moment.
- Opstellen van calculaties en planningen, en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten.
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en het bewaken van budget en kwaliteit.
- Ondersteunen van de projectleider met technische input en rapportages.
- Stroomlijnen van de communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
