- Een maximaal bruto maandsalaris van € 5.096,- bij een 40-urige werkweek;
- Circa 20% flexibel arbeidsvoorwaardenbudget, maximaal € 1.019,- per maand. Dit kan worden gebruikt voor extra vakantiedagen, maandelijkse uitbetaling of sparen, geheel naar jouw wens!

- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, aangevuld met een opleiding op het gebied van Veiligheid of Arbeidshygiëne (MVK, MAH, HVK of AH);
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen een technische omgeving;
- Kennis en ervaring met werken in de bouw, ondergrondse infrastructuur en/of een productieomgeving;
- Een natuurlijke coach die anderen inspireert en ondersteunt;
- Een communicatief vaardige teamspeler die openstaat voor discussie en luisterbereid is;
- Proactief in het zoeken naar oplossingen;
- Bewust van risico's en gevoelig voor de veiligheid van anderen;
- Betrouwbaar en gefocust op kwaliteit in alles wat je doet.

Een dag per week werk je op het hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam, de overige dagen ben je te vinden op productie- en bouwlocaties of werk je vanuit huis.
Locaties zijn verspreid van Zeeuws-Vlaanderen tot Amsterdam en van de Hollandse Biesbosch tot aan de kust, inclusief locaties in België, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Procesmanagement;
- Compliance;
- Auditing;
- BHV en crisisorganisatie;
- Veiligheid tijdens de ontwerp-, bouw- en gebruiksfase van de productiebedrijven en infrastructuur;
- Bijdragen aan het veilig ontwerp van installaties, het beoordelen van VGM-plannen en toezicht houden op veilige werkuitvoering;
- Ondersteunen bij het actualiseren van de Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluatie (RI&E);
- Deelnemen aan incidentonderzoeken en trendanalyses uitvoeren;
- Interne audits verzorgen en audits uitvoeren bij huisaannemers/leveranciers;
- Relevante ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied volgen via opleidingen en netwerken.
