We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Electrical) to oversee the design, execution, and management of power distribution projects for international data centers.

  • A completed MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Significant experience working on multidisciplinary projects, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and related systems.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips.
  • Ability to manage projects in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of electrical projects in the data center industry. You will manage a team of engineers, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements and timelines. You will be the main technical point of contact for clients, overseeing power distribution systems, including switchgears, transformers, and busbar systems. This is a key role for an experienced professional with both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

This is what you will be doing:

  • Oversee and manage the technical team for the design and execution of power distribution systems.
  • Lead the detailed engineering work by coordinating with system and interface engineers.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and performance standards, including fire safety and mechanical interfacing.
  • Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure smooth project handover.
  • Provide technical leadership and support throughout the installation, commissioning, and project completion phases.
