- 10+ jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de Automotive industrie.
- Gecertificeerd als Six Sigma Black Belt
- Bachelor of Master diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsmethoden en -tools zoals 6 Sigma, 5 Why’s analyse, Kaizen, brainstormsessies, probleemoplossingstechnieken, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa-diagrammen
- Je begrijpt gestructureerde productontwikkelingsprocessen

Six Sigma Black Belts zijn veranderaars voor proces- en kwaliteitsverbetering. Ze zijn verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en verankeren van kwaliteitsconcepten en continue verbeteringsinstrumenten. Ze lossen complexe technische defecten op, verminderen risico's, bepalen de richting en leiden de weg naar doorbraakverbeteringen in product- en proceskwaliteit.
- Het toepassen van Six Sigma (DMAIC) en gestructureerde probleemoplossingsmethoden om de procescapaciteit te verbeteren en complexe defecten te elimineren
- Het verstrekken van analyse en feedback aan het senior management over projectactiviteiten, verbeteringen en besparingen
- Het leiden van cross-functionele teams
- Het overdragen van best practices, Six Sigma-technieken, procedures en tools aan cross-functionele teams
