Are you a technically strong Service Solution Architect who enjoys owning complex IT/OT landscapes and working closely with customers? Through Trinamics, you will operate in a high-tech, business-critical environment where warehouse automation systems keep global supply chains moving.

In this role, you take end-to-end responsibility for integrated customer solutions — from OT (PLC, SCADA) to WMS software and IT infrastructure. You act as the technical authority for your customer portfolio, ensuring stability, continuity and continuous improvement throughout the entire system lifecycle. This is a permanent position with impact, autonomy and strong growth potential.

  • Act as technical owner of complete IT/OT service solutions for a portfolio of 2–4 customer accounts
  • Maintain a helicopter view over integrated systems (OT, WMS/WCS, IT infrastructure)
  • Ensure smooth project handover into service, focusing on long-term maintainability
  • Lead and oversee major incident, problem and change management
  • Participate in Change Control Boards and validate changes before implementation
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans together with stakeholders
  • Translate customer needs into technical optimizations and operational advice
  • Drive system improvements and lifecycle performance optimization
  • Coordinate delivery by engaging engineers, service desk and specialists
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through validation, testing, documentation and governance
  • Critically assess customer requests and uncover underlying needs (“the question behind the question”)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/OT roles with strong customer interaction
  • Experience in system integration, infrastructure, testing or software delivery in business-critical environments
  • Broad understanding of IT and OT domains, such as:
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure during escalations and major incidents
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL 4 is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% (domestic and international)
