Are you an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of IT, OT and business-critical operations? You are the central point of contact for strategic customers and ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery across mission-critical IT and OT landscapes. - Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers
- Ensure IT and OT services are delivered according to SLAs and contractual agreements
- Own and manage incident, problem and change processes across IT/OT environments
- Continuously improve service delivery strategies, policies and performance
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring continuity, compliance and reliability
- Support pre-sales activities and project-to-service transitions
- Lead service reviews, performance reporting and customer escalations

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT/OT environments, with at least 3 years in service delivery or service management
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT services (infrastructure, software, applications, networks or control systems)
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL best practices (ITIL 4 certification is a strong plus)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell and improvement opportunities
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% (national and international); driver’s license preferred
