As Global Communications Specialist (internal communications advisor) in Veldhoven, you keep global People Operations communications running smoothly: you advise leaders, run campaigns and shape messaging for an international audience, while securing a solid knowledge transfer and handover within the team.

For a world-leading high-tech company in the semiconductor industry, Trinamics is looking for an experienced communications professional to join a global Operational Excellence team within People Operations. You report to the lead for Strategy Execution, Communications & Knowledge Management.

Must-haves

  • Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • At least 4–8 years of experience in internal, organizational or corporate communications.
  • Proven experience advising leaders and managing communications in a complex, international environment.
  • Experience developing communication strategies and running campaigns independently.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
  • Available for employment (freelance/ZZP is not possible).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MAPP and Power Automate (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with organizational change, continuous improvement or knowledge management.
  • You are proactive and structured, quickly build credibility, and bring stability and clarity in times of change.

You combine strategic communications advice with hands-on execution and make sure ongoing communication activities continue without disruption.

  • You ensure continuity of global People Operations communications and support onboarding and handover within the team.
  • You identify and document process gaps, standardize ways of working and mitigate continuity risks.
  • You develop and execute communication plans and campaigns aligned with People Operations priorities.
  • You advise leaders and stakeholders on messaging, approach and channel strategy, and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • You maintain and govern the People Operations communications calendar.
  • You create leadership presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, intranet content and event communications.
  • You shape compelling storylines for global audiences and keep messaging consistent across channels and regions.
  • You coordinate employee meetings, workshops and engagement activities.
  • You build strong relationships with HR, People Operations, business services and other stakeholders, and align leaders, subject matter experts and communications partners.
  • You measure communication effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics and performance data, and turn insights into improvements.
