  • A completed technical MBO degree (MLO, MTS or similar)
  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or process environments
  • Affinity with metrology, wafer or reticle processing is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to work in a 5-shift schedule
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a “getting things done” mentality
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

  • Operate and monitor metrology and reticle processing equipment
  • Process wafers and reticles: coating, developing, cleaning, measuring, and inspection
  • Perform defectivity measurements using advanced tools such as electron microscopes
  • Monitor and optimize process and equipment performance
  • Execute work instructions and accurately register all activities
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders about priorities and service requests
  • Ensure stock levels and materials are available and up to date
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment
  • Share knowledge and collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and operators
