- Een salaris tussen €4.500,- en €5.500,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring).

- Een afgeronde MBO+/HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld HTS Elektrotechniek.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek.
- Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, engineer of calculator.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent.
De drive en ambitie om projecten én je team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

- Het organiseren en aansturen van meerdere utiliteitsprojecten (tussen €25.000,- en €150.000,-).
- Het opstellen van projectplannen, doelen en planningen.
- Het aansturen en motiveren van je projectteam.
- Het opstellen van offertes en beoordelen van aanbiedingen van leveranciers.
- Het rapporteren over voortgang, kwaliteit en budget.
- Het signaleren van kansen voor nieuwe opdrachten en aanvullende dienstverlening.
