Als Project Assistent ben jij de verbindende factor tussen teams, processen en projecten. Je houdt overzicht waar anderen dat verliezen, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat administratief, organisatorisch en ondersteunend is. Of het nu gaat om het boeken van een vlucht, het notuleren van een overleg of het voorbereiden van facturen: jij regelt het. En dat maakt jou onmisbaar.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.850,- en €3.250,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding
- Vaste baan via Trinamics, geen tijdelijke projecten

- 32 verlofdagen bij een dienstverband van 40 uur

- Je hebt een MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare administratieve rol
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en kunt goed multitasken
- Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en bij voorkeur ook met SAP S4HANA en Workforce software
- Je weet hoe je vergaderingen voorbereidt, bijwoont en notuleert
- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer

- Je ondersteunt collega’s en projectleiders met diverse administratieve, organisatorische en secretariële taken
- Je regelt kantoorinkopen, boekt hotels en vervoer voor collega’s en klanten
- Je plant en organiseert evenementen en trainingen
- Je beheert en bereidt facturatie in SAP voor en volgt deze op met de accountingafdeling
- Je controleert urenregistraties en verwerkt maandelijkse timesheets
- Je verzorgt bestellingen en volgt leveringen op in SAP
- Je beheert projectadministratie en past verkoopprijzen aan in lijn met PO’s
- Je verzorgt documentcontrole en verstuurt documenten naar klanten
- Je pakt ad-hoc taken op en houdt overzicht over lopende zaken
