Voor onze opdrachtgever in Kinderdijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Processmodelleur (PMO) die energie krijgt van het verbeteren en structureren van bedrijfsprocessen. In deze rol draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van organisatieprocessen binnen een technische omgeving.
Je analyseert, modelleert en optimaliseert processen volgens de vastgestelde standaarden, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen. - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in (Technische) Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- 5–8 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met procesmanagement of kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen
- Bekendheid met Lean, Agile of verandermanagement is een pré
- Vaardig met Visio, Excel en bij voorkeur BPM-software
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, gestructureerde werkwijze
- Vloeiend in Nederlands (vereist)

- Workshops organiseren en faciliteren met verschillende stakeholders
