- A technical MBO degree or hands-on experience in powder coating or industrial painting
- Strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills (understanding Dutch is a plus)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Motivation to grow and learn if you’re new to the field
