- Salarisrange: €3.000 - €4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring

- Opleidingsniveau: Minimaal een mbo-4 diploma in logistiek, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een plannings- of logistieke rol, bij voorkeur in een technische of high-tech omgeving
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je bent een teamspeler en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Analytisch vermogen: Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving
- Proactieve instelling: Je neemt graag initiatief en weet overzicht te behouden in complexe planningsprocessen

- Opstellen van planningen: Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse en lange termijn planning van middelen, personeel en productieprocessen
- Optimaliseren van processen: Je zoekt continu naar manieren om de efficiëntie en doorlooptijden te verbeteren
- Afstemming met afdelingen: Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek en andere afdelingen om de planning soepel te laten verlopen
- Bewaken van deadlines: Je houdt nauwlettend de voortgang van projecten in de gaten en grijpt in waar nodig om te zorgen dat alles op tijd en volgens de juiste specificaties gebeurt
- Rapporteren en communiceren: Regelmatig overleg met het management en rapporteren van knelpunten en verbeterpunten in de planningsprocessen
