Als Monteur Railonderhoud zorg je samen met je collega’s voor het onderhoud, de inspectie en de reparatie van rails en wissels. Zonder jouw werk kunnen treinen niet veilig rijden! Je werkt buiten, gebruikt modern gereedschap en machines, en komt op verschillende plekken langs het spoor. Het werk vindt vaak plaats in de avond, nacht en weekenden, omdat er dan minder treinen rijden. Daar staat een aantrekkelijke toeslag tegenover, waardoor jouw salaris flink kan oplopen.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan spoorrails en wissels.
- Signaleren en oplossen van storingen en defecten.
- Uitvoeren van reparaties, zowel gepland als bij acute storingen.
- Veilig en volgens voorschriften werken met gereedschap en machines.
- Samenwerken met collega’s aan projecten in de regio.
