  • MBO+/Bachelor level of thinking and working, preferably in an administrative or secretarial field
  • Several years of experience as a (Senior) Management Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration tools
  • Proactive, independent, and able to set priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for process improvements
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure and switch easily between tasks

  • Manage complex calendars and email for senior management
  • Coordinate international travel (flights, hotels, visas, transportation)
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including agendas and analyses
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate visitor management and events
  • Support communication and information flow within teams
  • Analyze calendars and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage IT tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and distribution lists
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve team performance and cooperation
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of management and the organization
