Bij Trinamics zoeken we een startende of medior Engineer (0–2 jaar ervaring) met een achtergrond in mechanical engineering of automotive. Iemand die liever iets ontwerpt dat nog niet bestaat, dan de zoveelste herhaling tekent.
In deze functie werk je aan voertuigen die stuk voor stuk afwijken van het standaardmodel. Jij denkt, tekent, verbetert en ontwikkelt mee aan klant-specifieke aanpassingen – van componentniveau tot complete systeemvariant. En nee, niet op een eiland: je werkt nauw samen met collega-engineers, productie en projectleiding om te zorgen dat jouw werk straks niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook perfect van de band rolt.

- Salaris tussen €2.700 en €4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring (gemiddeld salaris voor deze rol).
- Altijd een vaste baan, geen tijdelijke projecten of detacheringen.

- Afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde of Autotechniek.
- 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring in een technische ontwerp- of engineeringsfunctie.
- Kennis van mechanische systemen – het gaat om mechanische, niet-elektrische aanpassingen.
- Ervaring met of interesse in het werken met CAD-software (UG-NX is een pré).
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een sterke teamspeler.
- Je denkt analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief bij knelpunten.

- Ontwikkelen van technische oplossingen voor niet-standaard voertuigorders.
- Opstellen en beheren van tekeningen, componentdata en systeemvarianten.
- Tijdige vrijgave van onderdelen en tekeningen richting productie.
- Intensief samenwerken met productie-engineering en andere afdelingen.
- Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het ontwikkelproces.
- Werken binnen een multidisciplinair team onder leiding van een projectleider of coördinator.
