  • A competitive salary between €3,800 and €5,200 gross per month, depending on experience (based on market averages for similar Maintenance &
  • Facility Engineer roles in the Netherlands)

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Experience working within a technical service, maintenance, or industrial engineering environment
  • Affinity with high-tech manufacturing processes and production environments
  • Knowledge of asset management and maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to combine hands-on shop floor presence with analytical office work
  • Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is considered an advantage

  • Performing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and building-related installations
  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing maintenance planning and maintenance strategies
  • Managing and optimizing maintenance and facility service contracts, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement
  • Analyzing technical failures and implementing structural improvements to increase system reliability and uptime
  • Collaborating closely with Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to improve operational performance
  • Advising management on process improvements, investments, and the purchase of new machinery or equipment
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers to ensure safety, reliability, and technical compliance
  • Supporting facility and operational improvements during organizational growth and infrastructure developments
