- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Je hebt 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of supply chain management.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement (Prince2, PMP of IPMA-certificering is een plus).
- Je denkt procesmatig en hebt affiniteit met Continuous Improvement.
- Ervaring met LEAN Six Sigma-methodieken is een pré.
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend; kennis van Duits is een voordeel.

Als Logistiek Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het vormgeven en verbeteren van logistieke processen bij een sterk groeiend bedrijf in de logistieke sector. Samen met operationele afdelingen, klanten, IT en engineeringteams vertaal je tactische en strategische plannen naar concrete oplossingen en voer je optimalisaties door. Je bewaakt, analyseert en verbetert zowel bestaande als nieuwe processen binnen de Contract Logistics-operaties. Met jouw scherpe blik op data, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en expertise in supply chain logistiek ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en operatie. Je hebt een goed inzicht in financiële consequenties en KPI-management en weet dit om te zetten in goed onderbouwde, praktische adviezen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Coördineren en uitvoeren van tactische en strategische plannen, inclusief het ontwikkelen van kostprijsmodellen.
- Ondersteunen van de Contract Logistics-business door processen te bewaken, te analyseren en te optimaliseren.
- Optreden als supply chain regisseur en vertegenwoordiger binnen Contract Logistics.
- Bewaken van de financiële impact en KPI's binnen logistieke processen.
- Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten met behulp van LEAN Six Sigma-methodieken.
