As a Logistics Improvement Employee, you operate at the intersection of logistics, analysis, and process optimization. You start each shift by reviewing issues from the previous shift and ensure smooth operational execution while actively contributing to improvements.

Your role consists of approximately 40% logistics activities and 60% analysis, improvements, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Review and follow up on issues from the previous shift
  • Perform daily wafer measurements according to internal and external specifications
  • Analyze measurement data using specialized software and assess compliance with customer requirements
  • Measure exposed wafer structures for scanner calibration and qualification using metrology equipment (e.g., electron microscopes, scatterometers)
  • Process and prioritize requests from internal customers and field organizations
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about priorities, results, and expectations
  • Monitor process and equipment performance and initiate improvements where needed
  • Ensure correct logistical flow and availability of wafers and internal stock
  • Work according to instructions, register tasks, and perform prescribed OCAP
  • Escalate process deviations to first-line support and contribute to continuous improvement
