- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Automatisering of Mechatronica
- Interesse in PLC-programmering en industriële automatisering
- Leergierigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding
- Beheersing van Nederlands (vereist) en bij voorkeur ook Engels
