You ensure everything runs smoothly—from calendar management and meetings to travel arrangements and stakeholder communication. In this role, you are the central point of coordination and directly contribute to the success of the organization.

  • MBO+/Bachelor level of thinking and working, preferably in an administrative or secretarial field
  • Experience as a management assistant, executive assistant, or office manager is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordination
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to set priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment

  • Manage complex calendars of (senior) managers
  • Plan and organize meetings, including logistics and follow-up
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, visas)
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Organize and coordinate visitors and events
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance team performance
  • Prioritize tasks and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
