Are you a hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) Engineer who enjoys solving complex ERP challenges and improving operational support processes? Through Trinamics, you will work in an international, high-tech environment where IT systems directly support automated logistics and supply chain operations.
As a JDE Support Engineer / JD Edwards Engineer, you play a key role in keeping business-critical ERP systems stable, reliable and continuously improving. You resolve incidents, reduce recurring issues, and help shift operational knowledge toward support teams through documentation and training. This is a permanent position with real ownership, impact and room to grow.

- Gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,500, based on 40 hours and aligned with the market for similar JD Edwards / ERP Engineer roles

- MBO/HBO/WO degree in IT, Business IT, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) experience
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes (Sales & Distribution is a strong plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of tickets and prioritize effectively
- Experience with documentation, knowledge transfer and process improvements
- Self-starter mindset and ownership of operational support
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English

- Handle daily JD Edwards (JDE) incidents, service requests and operational tickets
- Analyze root causes and provide sustainable solutions instead of quick fixes
- Monitor and improve stock integrity and supply chain data quality
- Reduce backlog and recurring issues through structural improvements
- Document solutions, root cause analyses and standard procedures
- Identify repetitive tickets and create training materials for faster knowledge transfer
- Execute shift-left initiatives by transferring knowledge and tasks to ICT Support teams
- Organize handover sessions and ensure proper access and documentation
- Propose technical and process improvements to prevent future incidents
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams (Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain, ERP)
