The ICT Infrastructure product team is part of the ICT Core department and is responsible for the design, operation and continuous improvement of the global backend infrastructure landscape, across all locations worldwide. The team works as a DevOps product team and acts as both knowledge owner and consulting partner for on-premises platforms, virtualisation, storage and Windows/Linux OS.
As ICT Infrastructure Specialist you are primarily responsible for the operational stability, reliability and evolution of the backend infrastructure. You work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and your team members, and collaborate with other ICT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Workplace & Identity, as well as with suppliers and stakeholders outside the ICT core department.
