- Minimaal een MBO-diploma niveau 3, bij voorkeur in Mechatronica of Werktuigbouwkunde.
- Kennis van hydrauliek en pneumatiek.
- Basiskennis van elektrische systemen.
- Lascertificering, bij voorkeur MIG/MAG niveau 2, is een voordeel.
- Bekendheid met de NEN 3140 normen is een voordeel.

Als lid van ons team zullen jouw verantwoordelijkheden onder andere omvatten:
- Nauwkeurige metingen uitvoeren om de juiste locatie en positie van apparatuur te bepalen, zodat een nauwkeurige montage wordt gegarandeerd.
- Bouwtechnieken toepassen zoals lassen, bouten, klinken of het aanbrengen van lijmen, waarbij voor elke specifieke situatie de meest geschikte methode wordt gekozen.
- Materialenkennis, inclusief metalen, kunststoffen of composietmaterialen, en begrip van veilige bevestigingsmethoden.
- Naleven van normen en voorschriften zoals veiligheidsprotocollen, belastingsnormen en andere relevante richtlijnen om ervoor te zorgen dat installaties aan vereiste normen voldoen.
- Vertrouwdheid met bevestigingsmethoden specifiek voor vrachtwagens en trailers, zoals framebevestigingen, ophangsysteem of bevestiging van carrosserieonderdelen.
- Vermogen om technische documentatie en instructies te lezen en te begrijpen.
- Begrip van elektrische verbindingen en integratie van elektrische circuits met het voertuig.
- Kennis van voertuigtechnologie, inclusief remsystemen, elektronica en communicatiesystemen.
- Begrip of bereidheid om begrip te ontwikkelen van hydraulische systemen, inclusief principes van druk, stroming, ventielen, pompen, cilinders en slangen.
