We are looking for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and operating in a high-precision environment.

  • MBO Level 4 or equivalent technical education
  • MBO or Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Process Technology, or a related technical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Affinity with technical measurements, quality control, and data analysis
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • A proactive and independent mindset
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 5-shift schedule

As a Hightech Analytical Operator, you are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving critical production and quality processes. You combine technical expertise with analytical thinking to ensure optimal process performance.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing technical measurements using advanced metrology and inspection systems
  • Analyzing and interpreting measurement data and process results
  • Identifying deviations, trends, and potential quality risks
  • Reviewing results and releasing products based on specifications
  • Performing first-line troubleshooting and investigating abnormal findings
  • Documenting, reporting, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvements and continuous optimization initiatives
  • Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and production teams to maintain process stability and product quality
