- Je hebt minimaal een MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.
- Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van productiemachines en het werken met composietmaterialen of bent bereid om dit te leren.
- Je bent bereid om te werken in dagdienst en/of twee ploegen.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken en bent een teamspeler.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van diverse productiemachines, waaronder een snijmachine voor composieten matten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het voorbereiden en verwerken van composietmaterialen in productiemallen, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en zorgvuldigheid van groot belang zijn. Je zult ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het injecteren van hars en het verlijmen van modules tot eindproducten, waarbij het belangrijk is dat je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband de productiedoelen behaalt. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen soepel verlopen en dat de kwaliteitsstandaarden worden gewaarborgd. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig en efficiënt verloopt.
Je taken zijn onder andere:
- Bedienen van diverse productiemachines, waaronder een snijmachine voor composieten matten.
- Voorbereiden en verwerken van composietmaterialen in productiemallen.
- Injecteren van hars en het verlijmen van modules tot eindproducten.
- Bewaken en optimaliseren van productieprocessen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te waarborgen.
