Als Factory Engineer ben jij de onmisbare schakel in een hightech omgeving waar innovatie en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan. - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.500,- en €4.500,-, afhankelijk van ervaring

- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Technische Bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring met assemblageprocessen in een mechatronische of hightech productieomgeving
- Bekend met Lean Manufacturing, 5S, procesbeheersing, FMEA en control plans
- Analytisch, planmatig en oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring met kwaliteits- en logistieke systemen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Proactief, accuraat en sterk in samenwerken

- Je ondersteunt en verbetert het assemblageproces van complexe mechatronische systemen
- Je analyseert en bewaakt de productiekwaliteit, levertijd en efficiëntie
- Je initieert en implementeert technische verbeterprojecten
- Je behandelt interne kwaliteitsklachten en stelt verbetervoorstellen op
- Je begeleidt wijzigingen (Engineering Changes) binnen productie
- Je neemt actief deel aan FMEA-sessies en stelt risicoanalyses op
- Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs en engineers om tot structurele oplossingen te komen
- Je implementeert Lean-tools voor een efficiënter productieproces
