Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, dien je te beschikken over de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Software Engineering, Informatica, Computerwetenschappen of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
- Soft skills: Vermogen om goed samen te werken in teams en daarbuiten, het beheren van conflicten, interafhankelijkheden, verantwoordelijk en zelforganiserend.
- Een proactieve werkhouding en het vermogen om je aan te passen aan verandering.
- Enige ervaring met op modellen gebaseerde software-omgevingen zoals Simulink en kennis van ontwikkelmethodologieën zoals Agile/Scrum.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met automotive-standaarden zoals ISO26262 en ervaring met het ontwikkelen van AUTOSAR-softwarecomponenten.
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - effectieve communicatie zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- En last but not least: bereid om te leren en doorzettingsvermogen te tonen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de realisatie en test van een systeem, subsysteem en component als onderdeel van een user story/feature; begrijpt en communiceert de gevolgen van het ontwerp voor de architectuur
- Ontwerpt met het oog op testbaarheid (zowel handmatig als geautomatiseerd)
- Neemt deel aan de planning en retrospectieve processen tijdens scrumrituelen
- Identificeert belemmeringen en lost deze op (met ondersteuning van de scrum master indien nodig)
- Werkt samen, ondersteunt en begeleidt andere teamleden bij het behalen van teamdoelen (samenwerking en kennisdeling)
- Voert de definitie van klaar uit en zorgt voor minimale build-fouten als gevolg van integratieproblemen, en treedt snel op wanneer fouten worden gedetecteerd.
