Trinamics is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Crash Test Operator om ons testteam te versterken! In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van veiligheids- en crashtests op onderdelen en systemen van diverse automerken. Zo help je actief mee aan het garanderen van de veiligheid van auto’s wereldwijd. Als Crash Test Operator werk je met duidelijke protocollen en nauwkeurige instructies en speel je een cruciale rol in ons streven naar de hoogste veiligheidsnormen.

- Salaris tussen de €2.500 en €3.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en expertise.
- Jaarcontract via Trinamics met als doelstelling een directe overname en vast contract na het eerste jaar.
- Uitgebreide opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden om je kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van crashtesten en veiligheidsnormen verder te verdiepen.

- MBO-diploma in Autotechniek, Mechatronica of Werktuigbouwkunde.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring met MS Office (Word en Excel).
- Affiniteit met testsoftware en bereidheid om interne programma’s te leren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waaronder rapporteren aan de Manager Operations.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen bij problemen.
- Flexibiliteit in werktijden en bereidheid om soms onder druk te presteren.
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid (100% FTE).

- Uitvoeren van veiligheidstests op producten zoals gordels, kinderzitjes en helmen, volgens de geldende protocollen en werkinstructies.
- Voorbereiden van testopstellingen en instellen van meetapparatuur en meetsoftware.
- Analyseren van data en uitvoeren van eerste evaluaties om de resultaten te valideren.
- Signaleren van problemen tijdens de testprocessen en overleggen met de projectleider.
- Voorstellen voor verbeteringen bij planningsproblemen of andere uitdagingen binnen het testproces.
