- Je hebt geen specifieke ervaring nodig, maar enige ervaring met coördineren of werken met logistieke processen is een pré.
- Mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden: je kunt helder en vriendelijk communiceren met zowel chauffeurs als collega’s.
- Je bent in staat om snel beslissingen te nemen en het overzicht te bewaren.
- Klantgerichtheid en een professionele houding.
- Ervaring met een tablet of iPad is gewenst, maar geen vereiste.
- Woonachtig in de regio Eindhoven, aangezien onze locatie daar gevestigd is.

Als Coördinator Vrachtwagens ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs die hun ladingen bij ons komen afleveren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vrachtwagens op de juiste plaats komen en hun goederen op de juiste manier kunnen lossen. Je coördineert dit via een iPad en hebt veelvuldig contact met zowel chauffeurs als interne collega’s.
Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
- Coördineren van de vrachtwagens en aangeven waar de lading kan worden weggezet.
- Inplannen en afstemmen van de aanrijroute en loslocatie voor de vrachtwagens.
- Communiceren met chauffeurs over de te volgen procedures en het beantwoorden van vragen.
- Aansteken van een vlotte en veilige afhandeling van het lossen van de goederen.
- Samenwerken met collega’s in het magazijn om de goederenstromen te optimaliseren.
- Het bijhouden van de planning en coördinatie via een iPad of andere systemen.
- Zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving voor de vrachtwagens.
