In this role, you support cleanroom operations by transporting materials, checking quality, and keeping logistical processes running smoothly. You work closely with internal teams, think proactively about improvements, and play an essential role in ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

  • Salary between €3,200 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and including shift allowance
  • Permanent positions only, no temporary projects

  • Transporting materials within the cleanroom and to airlocks
  • Supporting the transport of main modules to airlocks and cabins
  • Checking materials for quality, completeness, and correctness
  • Cleaning and packing modules according to cleanroom standards
  • Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods using an EPT
  • Lending out and returning materials, tools, and packaging to internal customers
  • Identifying and reporting process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Performing a role that is 90% physical work and 10% administrative tasks
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • MBO level 2/3 education in Logistics or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics or high-tech production
  • Affinity with high-tech products and logistical processes
  • Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
  • Experience with or willingness to obtain an EPT certificate (can be arranged before start)
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with attention to accuracy and quality
  • Strong communication skills and a stable work history
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Motivated, flexible, and open to future shift changes
  • Willingness to submit a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) before starting
  • A motivation letter is required, with clear attention to process improvement
