In deze rol draai jij mee aan de knoppen van innovatie: je leidt de implementatie van een gloednieuw GIS-systeem en bijbehorende mobiele app – de tools waarmee assetbeheer binnen de energiesector naar het volgende niveau wordt getild. Jij zorgt dat de organisatie niet alleen technisch klaar is voor de verandering, maar ook menselijk. Van het herontwerpen van processen tot het meenemen van gebruikers in de adoptie van nieuwe technologie: jij bent de schakel die alles in beweging zet.
Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team van experts, met vaste momenten op locatie (maandag in Delft, woensdag in Utrecht) en alle ruimte om de rest van je week flexibel in te vullen. Met jouw aanpak en energie geef je vorm aan één van de meest impactvolle digitaliseringsprojecten in de sector.

- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Bedrijfskunde, Techniek of IT
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Business Consultant of Implementatiemanager, idealiter binnen netbeheer of infrastructuur
- Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe verandertrajecten op het snijvlak van IT, proces en mens
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement, analyseren van processen en het faciliteren van besluitvorming
- Je bent besluitvaardig (80/20), communicatief sterk op alle niveaus en creëert draagvlak
- Je weet grote groepen te trainen en te begeleiden (30–50 personen)
- Beschikbaar op maandag (Delft) en woensdag (Utrecht)

- Opstellen van acceptatiecriteria en vertalen van businesswensen naar IT-oplossingen
- Uitwerken van procesveranderingen en coördineren van impactanalyses

- Actieve begeleiding van de business tijdens implementatie, migratie en nazorg
