- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met collega's en aannemers.

- Creëren van BIM-modellen in Revit, gebaseerd op ontwerpen van collega-engineers.
- Overleggen met collega's en aannemers om te waarborgen dat ontwerp en uitvoering op één lijn liggen.
- Controleren of jouw modellen aansluiten bij het werk van de monteurs tijdens de bouwfase.
- Oplossen van eventuele knelpunten die zich tijdens de bouwfase voordoen.
