- A completed bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Proficiency with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and (preferably) Dutch
