- Education: MBO in Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Mechanics, Instrument Making, Precision Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in (precision) mechanical or optical production environments. Knowledge of hydraulics and/or pneumatics is a plus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work in either day shifts or 2, 3, or 5-shift schedules.
