the application process
At Trinamics, we keep it personal and straightforward. This is what you can expect when you upload your resume:
First contact
Do we see a potential match based on your resume? If so, we'll get in touch quickly. No direct match? Then we will (with your permission) keep an eye on your details for future positions.
Meeting your consultant
We schedule an intake meeting - online or at our office - to get to know each other better and go over your needs and experience.
Proposal with suitable clients
If we see a concrete match, we will propose your profile. Depending on the role, an additional test may be required.
Job interview with the client
You conduct the interview, we supervise the process. Your consultant remains your point of contact and provides feedback, communication and preparation.
Congratulations on your job!
If the outcome is positive, we will arrange the contract (usually through secondment with a permanent perspective). Even after you start, we remain involved.
International profile?
For expats we arrange additional matters such as housing, visa, insurance and tax benefits. We also offer career development through our own Academy.
