How does applying for a job at your company work?

Respond to a vacancy or send an open application with your CV. One of our consultants will contact you for an introductory meeting. With your permission, we will share your profile with suitable clients.

Can I work hybrid or remotely?

That depends on the client. Many IT and high-tech positions offer this option; we discuss this transparently in advance.

Will I receive guidance during the process?

Yes. Your consultant is your permanent point of contact, both during the selection process and afterwards. We provide honest feedback, help you prepare and think along with you about your next step.

Do I have to pay for your services?

There are no costs associated with our mediation services.

Will I be employed by you or by the client?

You will start on a secondment basis via Trinamics for a pre-agreed period. During this period, we will arrange your contract, salary and support. After this period, there is a possibility of being taken on by the client.

What does secondment entail?

You are employed by us and work for a client. Trinamics takes care of the employer responsibilities, so you can focus on technology. We offer fixed benefits (such as salary and pension). This provides security and access to our network and training opportunities.

You will receive a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and position. Where applicable, we follow the client's collective labour agreement.

Will I receive a pension, holiday pay and holiday entitlement?

Yes. By working for us, you will receive a pension scheme, holiday pay and statutory holiday entitlement.

Do you also assist foreign candidates?

Yes. Trinamics is a recognised reference for the IND (Immigration and Naturalisation Service) and supports international candidates with matters such as visas and the 30% ruling. We put them in touch with reliable parties for housing and insurance.
