Many factors come into play when searching for a new job or a suitable candidate. Yet it often boils down to one key point: trust. Jobseekers want to know that they are taken seriously and that their wishes are being listened to. Employers want to be sure that they are working with an agency that understands what is going on within their organisation and their sector. Trinamics has proven itself in this regard over recent years.
Many processes take place online these days; it’s convenient, quick and efficient. But it is precisely in such a digital world that genuine personal contact is becoming increasingly valuable. At Trinamics, we attach great importance to the initial meeting – not only with our candidates, but also with our clients. By getting to know one another, we can provide better advice and make better decisions.
We prefer to arrange face-to-face meetings, as we know how much insight and trust this fosters. For us, this isn’t an extra step, but an integral part of how we work.
Behind the scenes, we’ve structured our processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes well-organised administration, effective matching systems and clear communication. That means no unnecessary waiting times and always knowing where you stand. This applies to both our technical professionals and our clients.
We don’t just focus on the next assignment; we also look ahead. We ask candidates where they want to develop their careers and work with clients to plan the composition of their teams in the medium term. It is precisely because we take that time that we make better matches. And these often remain valuable for longer. Due to our temporary-to-permanent arrangement, our success is only realised once a permanent position is secured, and we always strive to achieve this.

At Trinamics, every candidate and client works with a dedicated consultant. Someone who not only knows the market but can also contribute substantive insights. This enables us to respond quickly, align expectations effectively and make the right decisions. As a result, the secondment process remains clear and professional, without any unnecessary intermediate steps.
We don’t simply send a list of potential candidates or roles. We take the time to fully understand the assignment and then make a proposal that’s truly tailored to your needs. We’re also not afraid to say ‘no’ if that’s the honest thing to do, because we know that something better will come along in the near future. Our clients appreciate this honesty, and for us, it goes without saying.
A partnership centred on care. Where we stand alongside you rather than opposite you. And where we look not just for a quick fix, but for a match that’s truly the right fit. That’s where Trinamics has been making the difference for years. Trinamics doesn’t just look at today; it helps build the future of your career or organisation. TAKING ON TOMORROW

What feedback do you often receive after the first contact with a candidate?
That they haven’t really thought creatively about the various options available to them. We suggest several companies, but also come up with ideas regarding roles.
When does a client really feel like a partner to you?
When they respond quickly to feedback, are flexible about scheduling meetings, and invite us round for a tour. But above all, it feels like a partnership when they trust me enough to invite someone even if their CV, based on work experience, doesn’t seem to be a perfect fit – allowing the candidate’s personality to take centre stage. (Of course, this isn’t possible for all roles)
What do you do differently from other agencies when searching for a match?
At candidate level: I’m transparent about the clients we work with, but I’m also open about the ideas I have regarding organisations I haven’t yet collaborated with. I really see myself as an extension of the candidate’s search. At client level: I immerse myself fully in the world in which they operate, in terms of both their clients and the market, so that I understand their challenges and which profiles are capable of understanding them too. This means I don’t fixate solely on a specific field or keyword in the profile, but look beyond that.
What are you most proud of when it comes to supporting candidates?
That I’m honest about the possibilities, but also – and above all – about the limitations. For example, when it comes to career progression, salary, etc. Everything is discussed as openly as possible, and sometimes even in a three-way meeting with the client to ensure it becomes a lasting relationship rather than a short-lived one.
What do clients appreciate about the way we work together?
To begin with, the quality of our candidates. In particular, their understanding of the complexities they face and of the technical world. Our consultants have a great many years’ experience in recruitment. Furthermore, they appreciate the speed and creativity in the recruitment process. This includes scheduling interviews alongside preparation, as well as helping to devise practical solutions if someone is still studying, doesn’t have a car, and so on.
