No assembly line, no mass production. Here, heavy and complex vehicles and systems are designed, built, tested and developed further in small batches, with a lot of customisation, and to requirements that leave no room to spare.
That is what makes the work interesting. Mechanics, electronics, embedded software and logistics all come together in one machine, and at the end of the ride you can literally stand in front of what you worked on.
The client is an international technology company with a production and engineering site in the region. A few hundred people, and growing fast: extra warehouses are being added and new offices are on the way.
We have been recruiting for this site for a while now. 23 people have started at this company through Trinamics. And we are far from done: five different roles are open, and for every role we are looking for more than one person.
"Everyone goes the extra mile for each other." That is what our people report back most often about the shop floor. The atmosphere is informal, people work hard, and despite the pressure colleagues look after each other. Not a company where you spend a year finding out who handles what.
You assemble sub-assemblies and end products according to the applicable guidelines. Assembling with specialised tools, checking and testing with measuring instruments, taking rejected products out of the line. You work at various workstations and stick to the agreed deadlines.
What you bring: an affinity with technology matters most. Knowledge of process-driven work, measuring equipment for electrical measurements, safety and ISO procedures and experience with vehicle maintenance are a plus.
Salary: €3,020 – €3,600 gross per month, depending on your experience.
Without you, assembly grinds to a halt. You receive, check and process incoming goods, pick orders and get them ready for shipment, handle internal transport with the electric pallet truck and keep the warehouse organised. You work closely with the production and technical teams and think along about process improvements.
What you bring: logistics experience, preferably in a technical or production environment. You work accurately and methodically, have an affinity with machines and technical products and speak fluent Dutch. Experience with electric pallet trucks is a plus.
Salary: €3,000 – €3,800 gross per month. Day shift.
You design the electrical engineering of advanced systems. You define the design, produce electrical schematics and interface drawings, run calculations and make sure everything is delivered on time and within budget. You are in contact with suppliers and contractors for prototype building, and you work with colleagues on site as well as at sister sites abroad.
What you bring: a completed technical degree at MBO+/HBO level in electrical engineering or mechatronics, a few years of experience as an Electrical or Hardware Engineer, and experience with electrical schematic software — preferably Zuken E3. You have a good command of Dutch and English. EMC knowledge, Siemens NX 12 or German: welcome extras.
Salary: €4,200 – €5,500 gross per month. 40 hours, day shift, with the option to work from home a couple of days a week.
The toughest of the five. You set up the complete embedded software architecture for an autonomous, hybrid electric vehicle platform and take it into series production. Integrating powertrain software with braking systems and on-board computers, aligning ECUs and subsystems, making architectural choices and supporting system validation and functional safety.
Important: this is not a pure programming role. You operate at architecture and system level and manage the entire embedded ecosystem.
What you bring: demonstrable experience with embedded software in vehicles and with integrating vehicle software towards series production. You program in C, C++ and MATLAB/Simulink, and you are strong both technically and organisationally. HBO/WO in electrical engineering, embedded systems or computer engineering. Experience with hybrid or autonomous vehicles is a major plus.
Salary: €5,000 – €6,500 gross per month. 40 hours, day shift.
You are the right hand of the Team Lead Supply Chain. You manage the operational data in the ERP system and safeguard data quality, write work instructions, analyse administrative processes and set improvement projects in motion. On top of that you build management reports and dashboards in Power BI, support supplier selection and contract negotiations, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse. Team Lead away? Then you take over.
What you bring: a completed HBO degree (business administration, supply chain management, automotive management or similar) and at least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain. You draw up contracts independently, know ERP systems and Excel at an advanced level and have an excellent command of Dutch. Power BI and experience in automotive or high-tech production are a plus.
Salary: €3,705 – €5,820 gross per month.
The same package applies to all five roles:
A permanent contract with Trinamics for at least a year, with the explicit intention that the client takes you on afterwards
40 days off per year: 27 holiday days plus 13 ADV days

Sensitive technology is involved, so you are screened before you start.
Assembly and logistics: a VOG screening (certificate of conduct).
Engineering: a more extensive security investigation, a VGB level C.
Sounds formal, and it is. But we have been through this process 23 times by now and we guide you through it step by step, so you know exactly where you stand and how long it takes.
And the language? Most colleagues on site speak Dutch, but English-speaking candidates are certainly welcome. For the logistics and supply chain roles, solid Dutch really is a must.

At the end of this period, you will often be hired by the company. Could a project be shorter or longer? That is possible, but the starting point is always that the assignment aligns with your development and that you end up in a position where you can grow in the long term.
Yes, this happens regularly. If both you and the client are satisfied, a switch to a direct appointment is often negotiable. We will assist you in this process and ensure that it runs smoothly.
You remain employed by Trinamics. Before the end of your assignment, we will discuss the next step together. Sometimes this means that you will be taken on by the company where you are working.
