Working as a Key Account Manager at Trinamics

Your Job

As a key account manager you are responsible for developing relationships and for collaborating with existing key accounts & multinationals. You also work on new business and support the recruitment of new key accounts.

Have you entered into a nice collaboration with a customer? Then you transfer this to your team and guide them where necessary. In the meantime, you remain the point of contact and maintain regular contact with the customer. Do you recognize a recruitment need or changes/trends in the market in which the client is active? Then you know how to respond immediately. It is up to you to provide the customer with the best possible service.

The function of key account manager is very diverse. Every day, various issues arise in the field of sales, recruitment, management, career guidance, coaching and marketing internal organization. Here you know exactly which matters have priority and with which of your colleagues you can spar best.

In this position you work closely with recruiters and recruitment consultants. You guide and direct your team where and when necessary. You keep a close eye on the KPIs and targets and you know exactly how to motivate and coach your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and adjust accordingly. Together with colleagues from your team, you build your own business and support each other where necessary.

What do you need?

You are looking for a commercial challenge. You are goal-oriented and have a winning mentality. However, working personally is an important aspect for you. You like to make connections between people and you know exactly when to use your good advisory skills to achieve the best result.

You find it a challenge to bind large multinationals and medium-sized SME companies to you, to acquire assignments and to find precisely those untraceable technicians they are looking for. You know that every step in your recruitment process is important and you use your knowledge and skills to exert influence and get things done. You are creative and decisive in recruiting technicians and you know exactly where they can take the next step in their career.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed a HBO/WO education (preferably in Commercial Economics, HRM and/or Industrial Engineering).
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a must.
• You have about three years of work experience, for example gained at a temporary employment agency and/or secondment agency.
• You have a good sense of commerce and act accordingly. You are representative, socially skilled and have a flexible work attitude.
• You radiate confidence and are able to bind people to you.
