In this role, you will manage the complete quotation and order process for spare parts and act as a key link between customers, Sales, and Project Management. You ensure that all commercial and administrative activities run smoothly, accurately, and within deadlines.

- At least two years of experience managing quotations and orders in a technical environment
- Secondary or higher education, preferably in an administrative or commercial field
- Knowledge of or experience with rotating equipment is an advantage
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; German and French are considered a plus
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Customer-focused and communicative, with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, independent, and a true team player
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage
